This series consists of ledgers (form 5-317) showing collections, deposits, and withdrawals of funds belonging to individual Indian pupils and Indian Emergency Conservation Work (IECW) enrollees of the Pierre Indian School. Information contained in the ledgers for each account includes the name of the individual, address or home reservation, year of birth, sex, date, amount document number, source of receipts, date check number, bank on which drawn, amount of payments, reference to applicable law, rule or regulation governing the transaction, and balance in the account.
